And in traditional Arabian Nights fashion, he twists the wordings to make it all turn terribly wrong. In episode one, a hobo's three wishes are for a new car (which turns out to have been stolen from the chief of police), a hot meal (which is poisoned and also undercooked), and a home (which is haunted by the ghost of a serial killer).
