Private Practice

If you watch "Grey's Anatomy," you've seen the pilot episode of this spin-off -- it was an actual episode of the show last season. Following Kate Walsh's Addison to California, "Private Practice" will follow the "Grey's" formula of showing a variety of attractive medical practitioners in various disciplines working cases while having sex with one another. Except this time, it's not in a hospital. It's in a... private practice. See what they did there?

The Pitch:	It's like "Grey's Anatomy", only just with Dr. Montgomery and a whole new cast of thousands to replace the previous cast of thousands.

Do Not Adjust Your Set:	Just between you and me, they could film an episode of "Grey's Anatomy" in my kitchen and I wouldn't know about it since I've never seen an episode of the show, so your guess about this spinoff is probably much better than mine.
Why It Will Be First To Go:	You know, he's a nice guy and a talented actor and all, but after "Day Break" and "Kevin Hill", Taye Diggs has himself quite the Ted McGinley-esque career arc going for him.
Why It Won't:	Save for a very special episode in which Issiah Washington returns to spew slurs and epithets at people for 45 minutes, nothing can kill this show.
